The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the MINISTRY of BLOCKADE (Commander Harris)An economic agreement was concluded between the United States authorities and the Swiss Government on December 5th last. Its general effect is that Switzerland is allowed to import certain quantities of foodstuffs and raw materials from America, subject to guarantees against their re-export to the enemy.
