§ 63. Mr. WATTasked the Secretary for Scotland whether he proposes to take any action, and, if so, what, in order to prevent the dependants of soldiers and sailors who are engaged on any of the various fronts from being evicted from their homes in Scotland on the alleged ground that the houses have been sold, when in reality the payment of the purchase price is so delayed that it amounts only to an enhanced yearly rent?
