Provisional Rules for the distribution of this Grant have been presented to Parliament. The Rules will be a matter for discussion on Report of the Supplementary Estimate for the Grant.
§ Mr. O'DONNELLCan the right hon. Gentleman say whether, when the discussion takes place next week on this £50,000 Grant, he will be able to indicate the form the new Rules are going to take?
