Mr. ALDENasked the President of the Board of Education whether it is his intention to introduce a Bill for the better superannuation of teachers in public elementary schools; and if the Bill will contain a clause providing that certificated teachers who were prevented by circumstances at the time from accepting the Elementary School Teachers' (Superannuation) Act, 1898, may come within the system proposed to be enacted by the Bill?
