asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Food whether military officers in the War Office and other Government Departments doing civilian work will be allowed, after 25th February, to draw Army rations as though they were on active service, whilst civilian workers will be restricted to the allowance of meat and butter in accordance with the Order of the Food Controller; and what the allowance of each officer will be?
