§ Mr. DUKEThe Congested Districts Board are endeavouring to obtain a supply of steel for reinforced concrete for the tank, and also for the ice store at Renard Point, and all possible steps are being taken to expedite completion of these works. I regret it has not been possible to obtain a Grant for the proposed pier at Renard Point, but the Development Commissioners are being again applied to.
