HC Deb 20 February 1918 vol 103 c710
1. Colonel YATE

asked the Secretary of State for India whether officers in Mesopotamia who have claims for compensation for chargers slaughtered for food and kit lost or destroyed during the siege of Kut-ul-Amarah should send in their application to the Government of India, to the India Office, or to whom?

The PRESIDENT of the BOARD of EDUCATION (Mr. Herbert Fisher)

If there are any officers in Mesopotamia whose claims have not been dealt with, their application should be submitted to the General Officer Commanding their Division.
