§ 15. Mr. R. LAMBERTasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether, since the outbreak of the War, a subvention was promised to the Government of Montenegro either by the British Government or by any Allied Governments jointly; if so, whether such subvention has been paid; whether it is now being paid; and, if not, for what reason is payment withheld?
