- 1.Public Records (High Court of Justice, Chancery Division)—Copy of Schedule containing a list and particulars of classes of Affidavits filed in the late High Court of Chancery or in the Chancery Division of the High Court of Justice, which are now in the Public Record Office, but are not considered of sufficient public value to justify their preservation therein [by Act];

Public Records (General Registry Office (England)—Copy of Schedule containing a list and particulars of classes of Documents existing or accruing in the General Register Office and in the Offices of the Local Registration Officers which are not considered of sufficient public value to justify their preservation in the Public Record Office [by Act].
