Mr. BYRNEasked the Minister of Reconstruction whether the Government propose to make any distinction between indentured apprentices and unindentured apprentices in skilled trades; and if he will see that in making grants, awards, or bonuses all the Government Departments will give full and equal recognition to unindentured apprentices?
§ Dr. ADDISONThe whole question of apprenticeship is now under consideration by the Ministry of Reconstruction and the Ministry of Labour, and I am unable to make any statement at present.
