§ The CHIEF SECRETARY for IRELAND (Mr. Duke)My right hon. Friend has asked me to reply. The prisoners in question were in part English and in part Scottish. The English prisoners have been transferred to prisons in England, and similar arrangements are in contemplation with regard to the Scottish cases.
