§ Resolved, "That it is expedient to make provision, out of moneys to be provided by Parliament, for the grant 1578 of Superannuation Allowances and Gratuities to Teachers and of Gratuities to legal personal representatives of deceased Teachers, of charging deferred annuities under the Elementary School Teachers (Superannuation) Acts, 1898 to 1912, on the Consolidated Fund, and of otherwise amending these Acts."—[Mr. Baldwin.]
