Timberlake, No. 204533, at Farnborough Hospital, has been on the discharged list since February last, and recommended by his commanding officer to be allowed to return to his old 1514 employers; and, seeing that he has been refused the permission of this Department to return, will he say what public advantage is served by retaining this man in hospital?
