§ Mr. MACPHERSONThe balance-sheet for the year ending 31st December, 1917, is still in the hands of the auditors. Any surplus remaining over from the board's operations will be disposed of by the Admiralty and the Army and Air Councils for the benefit of the sailors, soldiers, and airmen and their dependants.
