asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what Dominions and Colonies are represented at this year's Imperial Conference; and if he will state what is the population of each Dominion and Colony represented?

The self-governing Dominions represented at this year's Imperial War Conference and their approximate white population at the Census of 1911 are as follows:

Canada 7,200,000
Australia 4,500,000
New Zealand 1,100,000
Union of South Africa 1,300,000
Newfoundland 250,000
The total population of the Union is about 6,500,000.
