§ Mr. MACPHERSONThe names of all unemployed officers are noted in the Military Secretary's Department. There are many lists arranged in accordance with the rank and qualifications of the officers concerned, but I do not think it is desirable to give a total. Inquiries as to re-employment should be addressed to the Secretary of the War Office,
