asked the First Lord of the Admiralty whether the Duke of Connaught utilised any war vessel in his journey to Greece to confer a decoration on the King; and, if so, by whose authority this was done?

Do the Government con-eider this a proper use for a warship, considering the present situation has been brought about by the attempts to bolster up that dynasty?

Dr. MACNAMARA

His Majesty's Government, having called upon the Duke of Connaught to undertake this duty, we were bound to take steps to provide safe and proper passage, and did.
