I understand it is desired that the Foreign Office Vote should be postponed until a later date. Therefore the Office of Works Vote has been put down for Thursday.

Does the Noble Lord know if the House will sit on Friday?

No; I cannot say now.

Have the Government any time to-morrow in their mind when the Third Reading of the Bill will be taken as distinct from the Report stage?

Lord E. TALBOT

It will be taken after the Report stage. There is no time fixed.
