Monday and Tuesday will be devoted to the concluding stages of the Military Service Bill.

On Wednesday, the Army (Annual) Bill will be taken, and, if time permit, the Second Beading of the Increase of Rents Bill, from another place.

On Thursday, Supply (Foreign Office Vote).

Will the Army (Annual) Bill be the first Order on Wednesday?

Yes.

Will the House sit on Friday?

That question had better be put next week.

Are we to understand that the Education Bill has been indefinitely postponed?

Yes; certainly not definitely.

May I ask whether it is possible to give first place to the Increase of Rent, etc. (Amendment) Bill, as great interest is taken in it?

Lord E. TALBOT

The Second Reading will be taken on Wednesday after the Army (Annual) Bill.
