§ Mr. MACPHERSONMy hon. and learned Friend has consulted me on this point. I find that the answer to the first part of the question is in the negative; the second part does not, therefore, arise. Perhaps my hon. and learned Friend will now let me have the particulars of the case he has, and I will have investigation made.
