54. Mr. LYNCH

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether Prince Albert of Schleswig-Holstein, now an officer in the Kaiser's Army, has any privilege or prerogative in this country by virtue of what is called hereditary right; whether he possesses property in this country; and, if so, will he say what are the intentions of the Government in regard to that property?
