HC Deb 23 November 1917 vol 99 c1531
6. Mr. LINDSAY

asked the Home Secretary whether he is aware that the Senate and Convocation of the Queen's University of Belfast have unanimously passed resolutions asking that the university should be represented in Parliament; and if, having regard to the fact that newer universities in England are to be given Parliamentary representation, the Government are prepared to have the wishes of the Belfast University complied with?

Mr. PRATT on behalf of the Home Secretary

My right hon. Friend has received a copy of the resolution referred to, and it is receiving consideration.
