HC Deb 22 November 1917 vol 99 c1368
85. Mr. FIELD

asked the Secretary to the Treasury whether he is aware that the Grant passed for the establishment of a serum laboratory in Dublin has not been paid; whether he is aware that the delay in advancing the money has delayed the application of a preventive which, judging from results elsewhere, would have saved loss from swine fever, a contributory cause to the high price of pork and bacon; and whether he is prepared to take action in the matter?

Mr. DUKE

I have been asked to reply, and I would refer the hon. Member to the answer I gave to his question on the subject on the 29th October.
