Mr. PENN EFATHERasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if his attention has been called to a resolution passed on Sunday last at a demonstration of working men in Finsbury Park, calling upon the Government not to tolerate the preaching of treason and sedition in the public parks; if he will say whether the Government possess 1171 sufficient powers to prevent the misuse of the public parks for any purposes calculated to assist the enemy; and, if so, whether such powers will be promptly and strictly exercised?
