§ Mr. MACPHERSONIf Volunteers are employed under the authority of the General Officers Commanding-in-Chief concerned on temporary service during air raids, they would wear uniform. If, however, my hon. Friend is referring to a proposal that the Volunteers should assist the civil police on these occasions, this has not been approved.
