§ Lord R. CECILThe Bank of Norway has, on many occasions, given valuable assistance to His Majesty's Government. The directors are: Messrs. K. Bomhoff, W. Monsen, H. C. Klingenberg, K. K. Heie, W. Duborgh; and there is no reason to believe that it has been used by persons in this country for the purpose indicated in the question.
