§ 36. Mr. DUNCAN MILLARasked whether any Orders have been made by the Fishery Board for Scotland under the provisions of the Sea Fishing (Scotland) Order, 1917; and, if so, whether he can state the nature of the Orders issued?
§ Mr. MUNROThe Fishery Board have made no Order under the provisions referred to, which were designed for the purpose of enabling immediate action to be taken if the necessity should arise. The powers remain in reserve and will be exercised if and when required.
