Sir A. STANLEYYes, Sir; I trust the Bill dealing with the non-ferrous metal industries which I am introducing to-day will have the effect the hon. Baronet desires as far as the United Kingdom is concerned. The question of corresponding legislation in the Dominions is, of course, a matter for the Dominion Governments, but the hon. Baronet is doubtless aware of the Resolution adopted by the Imperial War Conference on the subject, of which I am sending him a copy.
