§ Mr. KELLAWAYSince the date of Mr. Justice Younger's judgment in the Cannon Brewery case the number of claims for compensation in respect of licensed premises taken over, for which the compensation has been agreed, as the result of negotiations, and the claim paid, is twenty, the total sum thus paid being between £16,000 and £17,000.
