Gentleman aware that the Royal Naval Air Service are giving orders for experimental machines in Scotland and elsewhere without consultation with the Air Board, and is he aware that the Ministry of Munitions have just issued an Order stating that no firm is to be permitted to do this work, and what is the position of a firm which refuses an Admiralty official?
