§ Mr. FORSTERAn increase of 3s. a week was given last month, and I do not think any fresh general inquiry is called for, but, as I stated on Wednesday, 21st March, in reply to questions by the hon. Member and to the right hon. Gentleman the Member for Woolwich, I am further investigating certain points.
