21. Mr. MacCALLUM SCOTT

asked the Under-Secretary of State for War whether Mr. Robert Smith, of 13, Bardsley Street, Heaton Norris, Stockport, who was rejected at Stockport on l5th May, 1916 (Group 43, No. 634) for valvular disease of the heart, has now, after re-examination in February, 1917, been passed in category C1; and whether this is in accordance with War Office instructions?
