§ Return ordered "of Expenditure from Rates by the twenty-seven London boroughs and the city of Westminster, and 1698 by the cities of Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, and Bradford, during the year 1915–16 for—
- (1) Municipal infant welfare centres or clinics and municipal health visitors;
- (2) Voluntary infant welfare centres or clinics and voluntary health visitors;
- (3) The total expenditure under (1) and (2);
- (4) The rate in the £ which it represents; and
- (5) The amount by which the total rate in the £for all public local services was less or more for the year 1915–16 than for the year 1913–14;
