asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether and when he will give a day for the consideration of the Motion regarding the exchange of civilian prisoners standing in the name of the Member for South Nottingham?

Mr. BONAR LAW

I do not think it would be advisable to give a day for this purpose, but the subject can be discussed on the Third Reading of the Consolidated Fund Bill to-morrow.
