asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, in addition to the existing provision for the assessment of Income Tax, etc., of Stock Exchange profits made by certain classes of investors, he will introduce legislation to render such profits, when made by parties not liable for Income Tax thereon under existing law, liable to taxation for the period of the War?
