Mr. PETOasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, in view of the danger and delay to shipping at British ports due to the sale of spirits in bottles by persons holding licences for the off-sale of spirits, he will take steps to have such sale prohibited during the continuance of the War within the municipal boundaries of every seaport city and town in the British Islands?
