§ Mr. CHAMBERLAINI would refer my hon. Friend to the statement published in the Press on 1st March, showing the Indian feeling in favour of a contribution to the cost of the War and the nature of the particular contribution now offered to, and gratefully accepted by, His Majesty's Government.
