REESasked the Prime Minister whether resolutions are being passed by public and political bodies to the effect that it is not expedient that proposals contained in Mr. Speaker's letter on electoral reform should be dealt with at the present time by a Parliament that is practically moribund and whose chief, if not only, duty is recognised to be the prosecution of the War to a successful conclusion; and whether he will take into account such opinion and postpone the consideration of electoral reform or confine it to ensuring that all our fighting men shall, as such, be enfranchised?
§ Mr. BONAR LAWI think it would be better that the consideration of this subject should be postponed until it has been, discussed in this House.
