Mr. RAFFANasked the Minister of Munitions if he is now in a position to state whether it is proposed to extend the trade-card scheme to other trades unions who possess members engaged in munition work, in addition to the twenty-four trades unions already covered by the scheme; and, if not, whether it is proposed to amend the scheme or substitute for it some other arrangement which will work equitably amongst all members of trades unions who are engaged in munition work?
