Mr. GINNELL

asked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, now that satisfaction has been brought to the Irish people, and relief to the relatives, by the release from prison of some who took part in the insurrection of 1916, and that no such reparation can be made in the cases of those who were executed, whether the only possible proof of the end of vindictiveness will now be given by allowing the remains of the latter to be transferred from the places in which they are buried to consecrated ground.
