HC Deb 21 June 1917 vol 94 c1959
53. Mr. KEATING

asked the Prime Minister if he is aware that Irish-Americans are averse to throwing their full power on the side of the Allies until the Irish Parliament is established; and, if so, what steps will he take in the matter?

Mr. BONAR LAW

I can add nothing to the numerous replies already given on this subject.

54. Mr. GINNELL

asked the Prime Minister if he will say what special representation in the Irish Convention is offered to the Nationalists of the North of Ireland, corresponding to the special representation given to the Unionists of the South of Ireland?

Mr. BONAR LAW

I have nothing to add to the information which has already been published.

Mr. GINNELL

The last question did not ask what this does. Will the right hon. Gentleman say what representation is given?

Mr. BONAR LAW

I have already stated what the constitution of the Convention is, and I can add nothing.
