§ Mr. BRIDGEMANThe general question of establishing new Exchanges is under consideration, and the advisability of establishing an Exchange in county Tyrone will be considered. The grading of Exchanges depends on a number of factors, one of the most important of which is the volume of work performed, 1963 but owing to the present abnormal and temporary conditions no general rules can usefully be applied at the moment. I am sending to my hon. Friend a list showing the grade of officer in charge of each of the Exchanges in Ireland.
