asked whether the Italian Government has yet responded to the Russian request addressed to each of the Allies for a declaration of its war aims; whether the answer is satisfactory to Russia and to all the other Allies; and when the text of it will be allowed publication in this country?

I would refer the hon. Member to what has appeared in the Press this morning on this subject. I have no further information.

Mr. GINNELL

Will the right hon. Gentleman answer the last part of the question, whether the text of this document will be published in this country?
