§ Mr. SPEAKERIf the hon. Member will give notice in the ordinary way he will get an answer. He cannot spring questions in that way.
§ Sir H. CRAIKIt seems to be understood that Members who only rarely ask questions are not allowed to put supplementary questions.
§ Mr. SPEAKERIf the hon. Member wants a considered answer from the Minister, he ought to put a considered question.
