§ Mr. BONAR LAWThere is no Sub-Committee of the Reconstruction Committee dealing with the subject. It is, however, being investigated by the Local Government Board with the co-operation of the Reconstruction Committee, and although I am not in a position to say when it will be possible to make a statement, I can assure hon. Members that it is a subject of the urgency of which the Government is fully alive.
