§ 60. Mr. FELLasked the Home Secretary if it is proposed that a register of electors under the Representation of the People Bill shall be prepared during the War, whilst so many of the electors are residing away from their ordinary constituencies, or if it is to be put off until after peace and the great resulting movements of the population have taken place?
§ Sir G. CAVEYes, Sir. The register will be prepared in due course, but under the system of half-yearly registers an elector returning to the constituency in which he resided before the War will, after a short space of time, be put upon the register for that constituency.
§ Sir G. CAVEYes.
