§ Mr. DUKEThe Estates Commissioners have not yet acquired the lands referred to. On the 19th ultimo they made a formal proposal for purchase which has been accepted by the owner, and steps are being taken to prepare a 2123 scheme for allotment of the lands which I anticipate will be made before the end of the year.
