Mr. BALFOURI fear that my information on the subject is not sufficiently complete to permit of my stating any figures, but I can assure my hon. Friend that the Allies will take into consideration in any discussion of peace terms the exactions of the enemy in money and goods in the occupied parts of France and Belgium.
