§ Mr. MACPHERSONThe answer is in the negative. Where a man in possession of a discharge certificate is called up and not immediately posted his discharge certificate is endorsed medically examined under the Military Service (Review of Exceptions) Act, 1917, and classified in Category C (ii.), B (iii.), or C (iii.), as the case may be.
