Mr. CATHCART WASONasked the Secretary to the Admiralty whether officers of the mercantile marine, prisoners, have until recently been treated by the Germans on the same footing as officers of the other Services; whether now the Admiralty have refused to become responsible for the 100 marks monthly for messing expenses; and, if so; will he take immediate steps to cancel such instruction?
